Terms & Conditions

While you entrusting your fabrics / garments to us for processing we ensure you best of our service taking utmost care of your belongings. However our esteemed clients are requested to note the following terms & conditions in accordance with the accepted customs of the trade.

1. Payments are accepted in cash only. No credit please.
2. Garments with embellished work will be charged extra. Heavy garments will be charged extra.
3. 50% extra shall be charged extra in case of delivery on next working day. 100% extra shall be charged in case of delivery on same working day. Acceptance of garments for urgent deliveries, however, shall be our direction only.
4. Clients are requested to examine their fabrics / garments before booking them with us. We will not be responsible for valuable(s) lost if any.
5. Clients are requested to examine their fabrics / garments for any while delivery and satisfy themselves at the spot itself. We will not be responsible for any claims thereafter.
6. We do not guarantee colour-fastness/shrinkage/ stain removal from the fabrics/garments. The quality of texture colour trimmings etc are entirely at clients risk. We also do not guarantee on buttons and trimmings.
7. Torn/damaged/faded fabrics/garments shall only be accepted solely at client’s risk.
8. We do not hold any responsibility of fabrics/garments the delivery of which not taken 30 days from the date of receipt of the same.
9. In case of damage of fabrics/garments during processing maximum of 5 times of the amount against it shall be payable.
10. We do not hold any responsibility for any delay loss or damage to fabrics/garments arising due to unforeseen circumstances from causes beyond our control like power failure, strike, accident, theft, not, fire, earthquake etc.
11. Abbreviations to the coded in the 'REMARKS' column are sd under. STN Satins STV Stains all over, CLS Colour Stains all over DMG Damaged, OST On stains all over LQT Liquid stains all over, WTS Watermarks, LST Loose stitching, BMS Button(s) missing, CTS Cuts TRN, Torn, IRM Iron marks, FLD Fold marks, SWT Sweet marks WEK Weak fabric, LBT Loost bukram or damaged Fusing, BNT Burnt.
12. GST levied by Central Government will be charged on billed amount @18% as per guidelines issued by the Tax Authorities.
13. Dispute if any is subject to Bilaspur Jurisdiction Only.
